Reference thermometer
This class of instrument suits the FOOD INDUSTRY where it can be certified and used as a reference for working thermometers which have a mandated accuracy of +/-1°C. The thermometer is supplied with a Class A probe. ECEFast can supply optional NATA certificate with the instrument.
